As we are planning on starting the 4.0 QA cycle soon, we need to set up the site using the 3.11 QA site backup then upgrade it to 4.0.

1. Disable hourly and daily syncs
2. Backup current qamaster
3. Delete qamaster and recreate using the most recent backup
4. Upgrade qamaster to latest 4.0 dev
5. Add or change data on the site as required
6. Re-enable the sync scripts
7. Create a backup of qamaster

Notes: 

• At 12:00 UTC qamaster auto-upgrades to the latest dev version from git://git.moodle.org/integration.git
• At 13:00 UTC qa is updated to match qamaster and any changes made to qamaster will be available on qa

A new backup of qamaster should be requested at any time after substantial changes have been made to the site e.g. at the end of the QA cycle.
