Add a details panel to the activity chooser information

      In the new activity chooser design the information button shows the activity description and a lateral panell with extra information.

      This issue is about:

      • Adding the lateral panel to the information template. For now, the panel will show the category (purpose) and, if available, the gradable information.
      • Add behat tests to validate that the information is present.
      • If gradable information is not available right now, create a follow-up issue to display it.
