1. Create a course and enrol a student.
2. Turn edit mode to On and add an assignment activity.
3. Restrict the file type submission to documents only.
4. Log in as a student
5. Go to the course and assignment activity.
6. Click the File submissions file picker.
7. In the Upload a file / Choose file, select/upload a picture file and click "Upload this file"
8. The error pop-up will be displayed.
9. Click the "x" on the pop-up.
10. Verify that the form to upload a file again is visible. (Previously the body of the dialogue would be blank at this point.)
