Buttons disabled on page when uploading duplicate file until you refresh the page

    • MOODLE_404_STABLE

      • Create a course with an assignment that includes file submissions and enrol a student to the course
      • Login as the student and open the assignment submission screen
      • Upload a file to the file picker
      • Drag and drop the same file again to the file picker
      • Click Cancel on the ‘File exists’ popup
      • The 'Save changes' and 'Cancel' buttons are disabled until you refresh the page, you then need to reupload the original file again to the file picker too
