Filemanager: Improve UX/UI and YUI deprecation

      As part of the YUI deprecation we need to rewrite the filemanager element.

      Since it has to be rewritten anyway we will take the opportunity to review and update the UI and the UX workflows.

      This work will start with a UX review.
