I have noticed that it might be difficult for teachers to understand the resulting availability status of hidden sections with stealth activities and would like to propose this improvement:

Steps to reproduce

• Login as teacher
• Go to a course
• Turn editing on
• Add two activities A and B to a section
• Hide the section
• Open the context menu of activity A and click "Make available"

Actual result:

• The section will have a label saying "Hidden from students"
• Activity B will be shown with grey text (which indicates that it is not available), but it will not have any label
• Activity A will be shown with blue text (which indicates that it is available) and will have a label saying "Available but not shown on course page"

Expected result:

• The section will have a label saying "Section hidden from students, section content partly available"
• Activity B will be shown with grey text (which indicates that it is not available) and will have a label saying "Not available to students"
• Activity A will be shown with blue text (which indicates that it is available) and will have a label saying "Available but not shown on course page"
