Group and Role list if misplaced when managing groups or roles in (new) participants page, In RTL mode.

      Testing the participants page.

      1. Set lang to 'en'
      2. Create a course with a few enrolled users and go to the course participants page.
      3. Click the 'edit' icon next to a user's role to acccess the inplace editable.
      4. Click the down arrow embedded within that field to show the available options.
      5. Verify the options are shown directly below the text field, and don't displace the save and cancel icons.
      6. Repeat the test for the unified filter (the new filter select element) and verify the suggestions are shown directly below the field, as in the last beta.
      7. Change language to Hebrew and repeat the above test, verifying the location of the suggestions list if directly below the field in both cases.

      Regression testing some other areas using inplace editable

      Course module names

      1. Create a course with an activity. Use the inplace editable to edit the name of the activity and confirm this looks the same as on stables.
      2. Repeat using Hebrew and verify the location as before.

      Tours

      1. Edit user tours and use the inplace editables there. Confirm these look the same as on stables.
      2. Repeat using Hebrew and verify the location as before.

      Tags

      1. Edit a course module, and scroll to the tags section.
      2. Assign a few tags and save the page.
      3. Edit the module again and scroll to tags
      4. Click 'Manage standard tags' and in the table check the 'standard' box next to a few tags
      5. Edit the module again, scroll to tags and expand the suggestions box using the arrow.
      6. Verify the suggestions are situated directly below the text field.
      7. Repeat using Hebrew and verify the location as before.

      Clicking the "pencil" icon to manage roles or groups on the new participants page, display the list of available system roles or course groups on the far left side of the screen, when in RTL mode.
