Tags Edit a course module, and scroll to the tags section. Assign a few tags and save the page. Edit the module again and scroll to tags Click 'Manage standard tags' and in the table check the 'standard' box next to a few tags Edit the module again, scroll to tags and expand the suggestions box using the arrow. Verify the suggestions are situated directly below the text field. Repeat using Hebrew and verify the location as before.
