Execute the following steps using BOOST (master, 3.7 and 3.6) and CLEAN (3.6)
- Login as admin.
- Create a new course C1.
- Navigate to course C1.
- Navigate to the participants page.
- Reduce the browser size to the size of a mobile, preferably using your browsers device emulation tools. In chrome -> Inspect page and click the Toggle Device toolbar button.
- Verify the chevron down is shown within the "Search keyword or select filter" using several emulated devices.

This can be seen in 2 places:
- The tags section of a course module settings page
- The new participants page (3.4 only)
On the tags section, you need to reduce the browser width such that it squashes the area inplace editable text area. Notice the down arrow moves to a new location when it shouldn't
On the participants page (3.4 only), this is visible just by simulating a mobile device in chrome. Change to an iphone 6 or similar, and click the role edit icon next to user's enrolment. Notice the down arrow is not in the correct place.
This looks like a simple container problem to me.
