- go to /my/indexsys.php as admin and remove course overview block
- add course overview block
- click on "configure" and change the block region to 'content'
I reproduced on all versions - 2.6, 2.7, 2.8 and master (and screwed up all my installations because it is unreversible)
If I go to /my/indexsys.php as admin and configure the "course overview" block I can see three options in "Default region" dropdown: Left, Right, content. (note that content is not uppercase)
Delete course overview block
Add course overview block. Configure it - there is no 'content' option and it is impossible to move it in the content area
