Cannot drag a block in the center location of my moodle, neither does it work with the accessible menu.

      Go to My Moodle
      CLick on Customise page
      Drag the "My courses" block on the left
      Try to drag the block back to the center
      => You can't
      Try to move it back with the accessible menu (click on the icon)
      => You can't
      Try to move it back when JS is disable
      => You can
