      The Site Administration menu should have a link to a Backup File Management area. This should be available only to Site Admins and Site Managers, Teachers cannot be riled upon to ensure that backups are regularly deleted and hiding the process away in the Fromt Page Restore or Course Restore areas does not help keep a clean and tidy Moodle.
