As an admin I would like to have the ability to go in and Manage all the backed up courses in our site. I know I can log in as each faculty member and manage that way, but as an Admin I need the ability to control these, especially since they count against our storage space and over time can begin to add up to some serious space usage.

      Another alternative is:

If we can't have the ability to pull up and manage all the backed up courses on the site, then maybe there can be something implemented that would control the number of backups a professor can have under their profile and then it would remove the oldest or let the professor choose which one to replace when they reach their threshold.
