      1. Setup the development environment for the app and select the branch in this issue.
      2. Open the file config.json and add some fixed sites. E.g.:

        "siteurl": [
            {"name": "Proto 3.3", "url": "https://prototype.moodle.net/mobile/moodle33/"},
            {"name": "Proto 2.6", "url": "https://prototype.moodle.net/mobile/moodle26/"},
        ]

      3. Install the app in a device or run it in browser (make sure gulp is run when doing so).
      4. Click to add a new site. Check that you see a selector (drop down) with the fixed sites.
      5. Check that selecting each site and clicking Connect allows you to connect to the right site.
      6. Now open config.json again, change the value of "multisitesdisplay" to "buttons".
      7. Run the app again, click to add a new site and check that now you see a button for each site. Check that clicking each button allows you to connect to the right site.

      Right now, if we configure a set of sites they will be shown as a select (drop down). We will allow configuring how to display them: select or buttons.
