Allow configuring a set of sites for custom apps

      1. Setup the development environment for the app and select the branch in this issue.
      2. Open the file config.json and add some fixed sites. E.g.: 

        "siteurl": [
        		 
            {"name": "Proto 3.3", "url": "https://prototype.moodle.net/mobile/moodle33/"},
        		 
            {"name": "Proto 2.6", "url": "https://prototype.moodle.net/mobile/moodle26/"},
        		 
        ]

      3. Install the app in a device or run it in browser (make sure gulp is run when doing so).
      4. Click to add a new site. Check that you see a selector with the fixed sites.
      5. Check that selecting each site and clicking Connect allows you to connect to the right site.

      In config.json we have a siteurl setting to allow configuring a fixed URL for custom apps. Some institutions might have more than one site, so we should allow configuring a set of sites.
