Support nested order on forum discussions

      1. Open a forum discussion with a lot of replies with multiple levels. (Any of the moodle.org main forums in english for example)
      2. Open the context menu and click on "Display replies nested".
      3. Check the posts are ordered in nested style (max 5 levels of depth) in phone and tablet

      Forum posts discussions can be sorted by time created and modified but nested order should be supported as well.
