Open a forum discussion with a lot of replies with multiple levels. (Any of the moodle.org main forums in english for example)

Open the context menu and click on "Display replies nested".

Check the posts are ordered in nested style (max 5 levels of depth) in phone and tablet

Check styles are ok.
