In moodle.org forums, unless we however the mouse over it, the Settings button appears dimmed, as if it were disabled etc, which is not true.

CSS styling should be improved.

I first noted this on the general forums ( https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=438373 ), even before the recent upgrade and the new theme were implemented. The problem remains, so I'm now reporting it here.

(Was trying to add moodle.org as a component, which I thought was available, but the tracker rejected that.)
