We should design a small CSS file to skin the Mobile app on moodle.org.

We have a mobilecssurl admin setting there that we're not taking advantage of, if we created the CSS file then the app could look like moodle.org does.

1. Barbara does a simple version with some colours/graphics (don't worry about exact classes).
2. Juan can take that and create the final CSS file with proper classes (and he will use that as an example template for new documentation so that others know how to do it on their sites).
