      This is about to automate the bulk prechecker to be run against issues awaiting integration.

      Results will be sent to private (restricted to integrators) comments.

      To be implemented: with a wrapper job, similar to MDLSITE-2680
      Schedule candidate: sunday, any time before NZ wakes up (say AU/Perth 12:00)
