Sync data between moodle.net and moodle.org for statistics

      As dougiamas noticed yesterday, the "New Moodle registrations in the past two months" displays data for Moodle 1.8 and 1.9 only.

      Starting from Moodle 2.x, these data are read from the hub. So it seems there is a data sync problem among hub and moodle.org.
