Last Friday (14th June), I upgraded an old site from Moodle 1.9 to current 2.5+.

Once finished I proceed to register the site and apparently that process finished ok (I got the green "site registered" message.

Today I went to:

https://moodle.org/sites/index.php?country=ES

And the site is still not being shown there. So I tried registering it again and I got the "site registration updated" green message.

But it's still not listed in the page above.

Note I don't know if that's normal and there is some delay while the site is checked or so, but I prefer to be in the safe side and report the issue in order to get somebody reviewing the process.
