Test Pre-requisites:

• In Site administration > Plugins > Licences > Manage licenses, the default licence is set to 'Creative Commons'.
• Create a new user

Test Steps:

1. Login as the newly created user
2. Navigate to Navigation > My profile > My private files.
3. Click 'Add' and verify that the file picker is launched.
4. Select 'Upload a file' and select a file.
5. Check that the default licence type is 'Creative commons'.

NOTE: For existing user who has already played with the filepicker a bit, the last license will be selected by default.
