If a TinyMCE Premium customer only has access to some premium plugins on-premise, they may have access to individual(per-plugin) zip files to load the plugins from. The scope of this issue is to add the ability to define a file path to an on premise version of the premium plugin on a per-plugin basis (ie within plugin specific settings in site administration). At the time of writing, we have not yet implemented per-plugin settings pages (as we have only implemented Premium plugin support on plugins which do not require any plugin specific settings).
This issue follows on from MDL-85727, where we implement support for all plugins in a single zip file.
Please check the epic description for some more information and useful resource links.
