Traditionally, the activity chooser is organised using "activities" and "resources" as the primary categories. In the new design, the activities category will be eliminated and substituted with a categorisation based on the purpose of the activities. This change will align the activity chooser with the colour classification of the icons.

The current purposes are:

• administration: not used in core
• assessment
• collaboration
• communication
• resources (internally called content)
• Interactive content

This issue will:

• Replace the current categories based on the plugin's "archetype" with a new one based on its "purpose."
• Add behat tests to check the new categorization
