Scope

• Introduce due date for Lessons - https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-82523
• Use the due date for late penalty calculations.
• Continue using Closed Date as the final submission cut-off.
• Apply late penalties using the existing Assignment penalty framework (e.g. site-
  configured penalty per day).
• Display original and adjusted grades to students and teachers.
• Support manual late penalty overrides per student or group.
