Steps to reproduce:
- I log in as Manager/Admin
- I navigate to a course with editing on and click add an activity/resource:
On the pop-up, I click star on the activity and resource - I observe the star icons on the cards.
- Expected: When star icon is clicked it should turn blue in one go.
- ACTUAL: Inconsistent behaviour is observed.
- Red arrow over booking - When clicked for the first time, only border turns blue
- Red arrow over Feed and Forum - When starred and then unstarred, star icon becomes invisible
However, after a page reload and again click on add an activity/resource can see expected blue starred icons.
