Test

Ensure we are logged in as an admin

Navigate to My course and open a course (or create one)

Turn on edit mode from top right of the page

See the course sections and click on the plus icon (add content)

Select Activity or resource

On the pop-up dialog, favorite any item by clicking on the star icon

Confirm that the star icon turns into a blue solid icon.

PFA: favorited

Unfavorite that item by clicking it again

Confirm that the star icon turns back into a gray outlined icon

PFA: unfavorited

Ensure this behavior is consistent across all the tabs.

Steps to reproduce:

I log in as Manager/Admin
I navigate to a course with editing on and click add an activity/resource:
On the pop-up, I click star on the activity and resource
I observe the star icons on the cards.

Expected: When star icon is clicked it should turn blue in one go.
ACTUAL: Inconsistent behaviour is observed.
- Red arrow over booking - When clicked for the first time, only border turns blue
- Red arrow over Feed and Forum - When starred and then unstarred, star icon becomes invisible

However, after a page reload and again click on add an activity/resource can see expected blue starred icons.
