Login as admin. Navigate to Site Administration > AI -> AI Providers. Try to create 3 providers for OpenAI , AzureAI , Ollama (You can use dummy credentials in this case) Click on the Settings link for each provider. Verify that you will see a checkbox label called: Limit the number of requests each user can make to the AI provider every hour.
