When enabled teachers and students can tag different types of content. Students will typically tag forum posts, wiki pages, database or glossary entries. In addition to this, teachers can tag questions in the question bank, so that they can make an organisation complementary to the categories organization.

All these tags will appears in the "Tags" block. The problem I see is that the tag related to questions appear in the tag cloud but they are completely useless:
1) when they click on it, students see nothing but "No results for "tagname""  indenpendently that the questions tagged are or aren't in open quizzes.

2)teachers, who should have permissions to reach these questions see nothing either.

As a result, teachers who are using tags in the question bank can't use the block tags to introduce a collaborative approach where students can create and tag content such as tag forum posts, wiki pages, database or glossary entries.

My demand would be to add a setting to the block tags to filter these tags related to questions.
