Form help icons cannot be selected, because they close on click

      Sometimes help texts can be quite long and contain Links or other interesting information the user wants to access. MDL-83493 unfortunately introduced the regression that you now cannot select any text from inside the help info box, because it immediately disappears as soon as you click into it.
