Create a question of any type

Edit it twice and make small changes, so there are 3 versions of the question history

Go into the database and in the mdl_questions table set the timecreated for v2 and v3 to be the same

View the question history

On stable branches, they should be displayed incorrect in the order: v1, v3, v2

On fix branches, they should be in the order: v1, v2, v3

Hello,

It seems that when two versions of a question are created within the same second (or possibly minute), the order in which they appear in the version history may be incorrect. For an example, please see the attached figure.
