Browse List of Users should allow you to select default filters

A site I run has a large user base, and the administrators spend considerable time searching for users. Your new "report builder" user search filter introduced in Moodle 4.4, is significantly less efficient than the previous version. Each search requires opening the filter options, locating the correct filter, and so on.

Previously, the user search functioned like the "Bulk user actions" window, even allowing admin to select which filters were open by default. This allowed for quick searches by simply typing the parameter into the pre-opened field and hitting enter.

I feel the Moodle 4.4 change is a set backwards for anyone who has to manage large groups of users. The current design significantly impacts our admin team's workflow efficiency. We are open to any alternative, more functional user search methods.

Can there be an option to choose to go back back to the previous user search layout?
