This task involves improving the functionality of the "Notification Plugins" table on the Site Administration > Notification Settings page. Currently, this section uses checkboxes that require a "Save Changes" button to apply updates.

Goals: 

1. Replace checkboxes with toggle switches that auto-save changes on interaction.
2. Ensure that the Default Notification Preferences table dynamically updates (showing or hiding columns) based on the toggles in "Notification Plugins."
