Add "Edit current chapter" in Book

      In the red square or in the menu above it, there should be an item "Edit current section". This is because it is more editor-friendly.

      The ⚙️ icon on the side menu is difficult to understand if you are not used to it.

      It is relatively difficult to be pressed by a touch device.
