Remove PHP 4 style constructors

      PHP 4 style constructors were deprecated in PHP 7.0. We kept support for them at the time, but it's now a number of years later and we should probably just remove them.

      Support for these legacy constructors was removed in PHP 8.0.0RC2: https://github.com/php/php-src/commit/682b54f68748715f85e9ac4a267477d9ac61918a
