In the question bank create a new calculated multichoice question e.g. to calculate the area of an rectangle e.g. "Calculate the area of this rectangle with a = {A} and b = {B}? Set three answers like: a) {A}+{B} b) {A}*{B} c) {A}*{B}/2 Save the question and continue to add at least one wildcard dataset. Save the question and return to the list of questions. On that question use the Action selector and choose "Export as Moodle XML" and save the file on your machine. In the XML file rename the name of the question so that you recognize it after the import. On the question bank page selector at the top choose Import and upload the just downloaded and modified XML file. After the import is done the question appears on the list of questions. On that question use the Action selector and choose preview Expected behaviour : the question preview is visible. What actually happens : an exception is thrown "Cannot get the specified dataset for a dataset dependent question! (question: 123456, datasetitem: 0)"
