      Tested in Moodle 4.1.2

      Instructions and description:

Add a course search box in your Home page.

      Type and search. Example:

The search results will display courses from different categories:

Then go to any category (click on "Category 1") and search something:

That page has 2 forms: Category (action: jumpto.php) and Text box (action: management.php).
But it seems to be only one form, and you expect results from the selected category only.
In the example, you'll expect to search "a" in "Category 1".

We suggest that there's only one form that allows you to search by text and/or category:

Many users are telling us that the search form is not working properly, and it's because of that.

      Could it be improved?

      Thank you very much.
