Mouse over Duplicate button in course Bulk edit

      Steps to replicate:

      1. Enable Bulk edit in one course
      2. Mouse hover Duplicate button 
      3. It shows Week/Topic outline

      IMO, like in the others buttons it was better to say Duplicate.
