mod_resource: embedded PDFs don't display correctly on Safari iOS

      On iOS Safari 16.1, it appears that embedded PDF's don't display as expected when using the mod_resource activity:

      • On display, they exceed the container width
      • They appear to be 'squished' in height
      • You aren't able to navigate the other pages of the PDF
      • There is no way for the user to download the PDF

      Activity backup file and dummy PDF attached.
