On iOS Safari 16.1, it appears that embedded PDF's don't display as expected when using the mod_resource activity:

On display, they exceed the container width
They appear to be 'squished' in height
You aren't able to navigate the other pages of the PDF
There is no way for the user to download the PDF

Activity backup file and dummy PDF attached.
