At the moment most of the breadcrumbs seem to have the last item point to the page that the user is already on. This seems unnecessary as we are already here and there are breadcrumb best practices that discourage this. On top of that some of the pages do not have a link for the last item. We should at the very least have all or nothing.

Boost has some code that looks at the last item of the breadcrumb and removes the action. Perhaps we could do something similar here as well.
