Report condition to limit data to selected user

      Setup

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Create two new users (user01, user02)
      3. Create two new cohorts (cohort01, cohort02)
      4. Add user01 to cohort01
      5. Add user02 to cohort02

      Create report

      1. Navigate to Reports > Report builder > Custom reports in site administration
      2. Create a new report from Cohorts report source
        • Ensure Include default setup is checked
      3. On report editor, add the User > Full name column
      4. Open Conditions editor
      5. Add the User > Select user condition
        • Set the condition values to Select: <name of user01>
        • Press Apply
      6. Confirm report only lists <user01>
      7. Confirm that changing the selected user in the condition affects the report appropriately

      This is a follow on from MDL-73069, where a report condition can be added to report only on the current user

      This issue intends to extend that class and also allow for a specific user to be selected to report on
