Review padding at the top of the page

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to the site home page
      3. Open the browser inspector and find the <div> with id="topofscroll"
      4. Verify the top margin + padding on this div is 48px
      5. Reduce the browser size to a small device < 567 px
      6. Verify the top margin + padding on this div is now 32px

      Do the same test with these pages:

      1. The user dashboard
      2. The mycourses page
      3. A course page

      The padding between the primary navigation and the context header is substantial. It tends to stand out more when there is no background set and there is nothing but white space.

      Let's have a discussion about whether we should reduce the space between the primary navigation and the context header.
