Content bank width page is narrower than expected

      After MDL-72095, the width for the Content bank page is narrower than before. This causes a few issues (such as MDL-73369 ) and doesn't help to create activities (H5P editor form is quite big). Taking into account that this page doesn't have any blocks, shouldn't the page width be changed to a wider size?
