Add/update/remove calendar redirect failure

      Adding, updating and deleting a subscription on course context

      1. Log in as admin.
      2. Go to a course and click Calendar on the navigation drawer.
      3. On the calendar, Click Manage subscriptions button.
      4. Note the ?course=X in the URL.
      5. Fill the form to add a new subcription:
        1. Under "Calendar URL" use https://www.google.com/calendar/ical/moodle.com_p4c2oe7hsb77ltaro5qtihb5d4%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics
      6. Click Add button.
      7. Make sure the url still has the course parameter and the ID matches the ID of the course.
      8. Find the subscription and click Update button.
      9. Make sure the url still has the course parameter and the ID matches the ID of the course.
      10. Now click Remove button.
      11. Make sure the url still has the course parameter and the ID matches the ID of the course.

      Noticed while testing MDLQA-13843. When within a course calendar(identified by managesubscriptions.php?course=x), after submitting the form to add/update/remove a calendar redirects to unrestricted manage subscriptions page.

      Replication steps - follow steps in MDLQA-13843 but with an additional calendar setup.
