The manage subscription page reload the page whenever a user add, delete or update a subscription.

This ticket is about converting that UI to be dynamic, refreshing the list of subscription and not reloading the whole page.

There's a WIP that started on MDL-67208, but after having a chat with Jun we've decided to move there code here since that ticket is a bug and needs to be backported wheres this ticket is an improvement (master only).
