All four icons t/collapsed_empty_rtl, t/collapsed_empty, t/collapsed_rtl, t/collapsed are represented by "plus-square" font awesome glyphs which show no direction whatsoever.
Thus, they are not at all usable to point in any direction.
Additionally, the t/reload icon (what a pixelated png!) isn't bound to a font awesome equivalent. It could get a SVG version, too.
