Courses copied by uploadcourse do not keep their number of section

      1. Test in Boost or Clean
      2. Make sure moodlecourse | numsections (Number of sections @ Admin -> Courses -> Course default settings) is set to 4.
      3. Create a course with two sections (or import the attached mbz).
      4. Name the course "My source course", both shortname and fullname so it matches the test csv.
      5. Go to admin/tool/uploadcourse/index.php.
      6. Upload the attached csv which takes the given course as source and copies it. Upon having clicked the "Preview" button, leave all settings on the admin/tool/uploadcourse/index.php page in the "Default course values" form section as they are, click "Upload courses" and wait until the copy process is over.
      7. Go to that resulting new course ("My target course").
      8. Verify that course has two sections, not four.
