Setup

Run the Free GeoIP Docker image:

docker run --restart=always -p 8080:8080 -d fiorix/freegeoip

Open Site administration -> Location -> Location settings

Set geoipremote to http://localhost:8080/json

Open http://path/to/your/moodle/iplookup/index.php?ip=24.24.24.24

Verify that there is tiny red pin on the map somewhere in the US
