Edit the googld drive repo to allow "controlled links".

Add a google "controlled link" as an assignment submission. Submit it!

Verify as the student you cannot edit the file. Login as a teacher and access the file - now you can edit.

Repeat for workshop (submissions and feedback after switching to next phase), database (file field - always read only after upload), forum (posts readonly after notification is mailed).

Login as system user and see nicely organised links to all the files (which you now own).

This creates a new file that is owned by the system account. Implement this for google docs and office365.
